Enter the STEAM Powered Poetry Video Contest! You could win up to $100!

 

Students in Jr. High, High School and College/University will create 1-minute videos showcasing STEAM poems. No entry fee. Contest is open from September to April every year. Here’s the information for the 2024-2025 contest.

 

How It Works

1. Register. Students may enter individually, or teachers can register their classes starting September 15th, 2024.

2. Download the Poetry Packet. After registering, you’ll be given the password to download a Poetry Packet with 40 STEAM poems. Choose a poem and create an engaging 1-minute video geared for grade school students.

3. Submit your video! Entries are due by Friday, April 26, 2025.

Judges will choose the winner, notify instructors, and award cash prizes.

All high-quality entries will be posted on the STEAM Powered Poetry vlog monthly.

Prizes

Judges will award the top three winners as follows:

First Place: $100
Second Place: $50
Third Place: $25

The contest is open to all students in Jr. High, High School, and College/University students.
